Mind the Gap 2022. The art of gender pay gap reporting.

Gender pay gap reporting – the basics

Round Governance Services continue to strongly promote an increase in female representation and a reduction in the gender pay gap. This year we’re urging organisations to go the extra mile. Show your stakeholders you mean business by reporting your figures even if you have less than 250 employees. And, if you don’t have 250 employees in a single entity but do have more than 250 across your Group structure, there’s work to be done here too. Combine all entities across the entire Group and present a single source of truth.

Having completed numerous gender pay gap reports, we know it’s a complicated process. This is why we want to give CoSecs and HR professionals access to the necessary information you need when completing yours. We want to encourage the use of a supporting narrative and an action plan for the next 12 months. Plus, improve the report reader’s experience.

We’ve highlighted the key points that you need to consider by pulling them all together into a handy infographic. Go ahead and print it out so that you can easily refer to it later.
